Ok so it seems apple has zero, i repeat zero, phone support for the iTunes store. The 800 number supplied on my bill for all the iTunes store purchases charged to my account refers me to the web site and offers no way to contact anyone via voice. This should be against the law! I am slowly turning into an apple hater. Now the one app I did purchase a few months ago is lost to me, so long trillian for the iPod, was nice knowing you. Im really getting fed up with apples business model.
